We will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up, and can arrange to have curbside pickup available during business hours. Of course, we would love for you to come into our store and browse!
Items we ship to you may deliver via USPS Flat Rate Packages. We shop for the best rates based on the item(s) you are buying. Size, weight, distance, and value determines shipping prices and sometimes one service offers a better price. We are currently charging $9.95 flat rate for purchases up to $100 in value. More expensive purchases will have an added insurance charge added as follows:

Currently we only offer shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
Order Processing Times
Generally, items on our web page are available for pickup the same day. Items that we ship will usually be shipped on the next business day. If there is a delay in shipping your order then we will notify you as quickly as possible to avoid any disappointments or confusion.
Items may be returned to our store within 15 days to receive a refund. We issue gift cards for refunds. If an item we ship to you is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you elect to return an item that we ship to you, aside from damaged items, you are responsible for shipping to return the item to us.
We are a small boutique store and not Amazon. You get an exceptional, in-person experience when dealing with us - not an automated, impersonal system. We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction, and we hope that you understand that shipping costs are quite a concern for us.
